Refunds Policy – AgenticAI

 

This Refunds Policy (“Policy”) applies to all products and services provided by AgenticAI Limited (“AgenticAI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or subscribing to our products or services, you (“Customer”) agree to the terms set forth in this Policy.

1. General Principles

AgenticAI provides digital products, subscription services, and custom integrations. Due to the nature of these offerings, refunds are granted only in accordance with the conditions set out below.

2. Subscription Services

  • Customers may request a full refund of subscription fees within 14 calendar days of the initial purchase, provided the services have not been materially consumed or delivered.

  • Refunds will not be issued for partial months of service or for unused time after the 14-day cooling-off period.

  • Subscription cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and access will remain available until that time.

3. One-Time Services and Deliverables

  • For one-time services (such as implementation, consulting, or setup), refunds are only available where AgenticAI has failed to deliver the agreed scope of work.

  • Where partial work has been performed in accordance with the Customer’s instructions, such work is deemed accepted and non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

  • Custom integrations or development work performed specifically for the Customer.

  • Fees relating to implementation, training, or onboarding.

  • Third-party services, licenses, or costs incurred by AgenticAI on behalf of the Customer.

5. Refund Requests and Processing

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@agenticai.nz and include proof of purchase and a detailed explanation of the request.

  • AgenticAI reserves the right to request additional information to assess the validity of the request.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

The maximum liability of AgenticAI in connection with any refund claim shall be limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

7. Amendments

AgenticAI reserves the right to amend this Policy from time to time. Any updates will be published on our website and will apply prospectively to purchases made after the effective date of the change.
